Kwara state gets increased allocation this July

Kwara has gotten an increment in its federal allocation this July.

In a statement issued today by the Commissioner for Finance, Alhaji Demola Banu, the state received the sum of #3,117,634, 155,58 as allocation for the month of July from the federal government.

According to the Commissioner, the 16 Local Government Councils have been allocated total sum of #2,233,730,999,61 for the month.

On this platform, Kwarans are urged to monitor the disbursement and allocation of this money across the 16 LGs.

Also in the spirit of freeing Kwara state, we are advised to investigate what the fund is used for.

Kwarans should ensure that the increment is not in vain.
